Role Description

ONLY FOR INDONESIAN/ LOCAL EDUCATORS. This is a full time on-site role based in Cemagi for a Lead Teacher. The Lead Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging lesson plans aligned with educational philosophies, fostering a positive learning environment, and guiding children in their early development. Responsibilities also include mentoring assistants, maintaining communication with families, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all children under your care.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development
• Strong background in Education and Teaching
• Effective Communication and Collaboration skills
• Experience in Mentoring and Training
• Ability to create an engaging and nurturing learning environment
• Knowledge of the Reggio Emilia approach and/or nature-based learning is a plus
• Certification or degree in Early Childhood Education, Teaching, or a related field
• Ability to work independently while embracing teamwork
