About the Role

IAF is looking for a Tech Lead to drive the architecture and execution of our lending ecosystem (BNPL, cash loans, and more). You'll lead cross-functional teams, shape core systems, and ensure scalable, secure solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering direction & architecture decisions
• Guide system design, third-party integrations, & delivery
• Collaborate with Product, Risk, and Compliance teams
• Foster a strong, growth-oriented engineering culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in CS/Engineering (Master's & certifications are a plus)

Required Skills

• 8+ years in software engineering, 5+ in tech leadership
• Strong backend architecture (Java, Go, Node.js)
• Cloud expertise (AWS, GCP, Alibaba Cloud)
• Familiar with Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines
• Strong in system design & cross-team collaboration
• Experience with Loan Origination System (LOS) & Loan Management System (LMS)

Preferred Skills

• Loan Origination System: 5 years (Preferred)
• Leadership: 5 years (Preferred)
• Loan Management System: 5 years (Preferred)
