We are seeking a Tech Lead with strong full-stack JavaScript expertise to lead technical direction, guide engineering standards, and build scalable systems that support global operational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and development of scalable backend microservices
- Oversee frontend structure and ensure maintainable, high-performance interfaces
- Design, build, and integrate APIs that support logistics workflows and internal tools
- Uphold clean architecture, code quality, and automated testing practices
- Work closely with DevOps, product, and operations to deliver robust platform capabilities
- Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence
Requirements:
- 67 years of full-stack development experience
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (React.js, Vue.js, Node.js, Nest.js), TypeScript, and modern frameworks
- Proven experience designing and scaling distributed or microservice-based systems
- Experience with RESTful APIs and relational databases
- Familiarity with containerized environments and CI/CD workflows
- Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset
- Solid understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes or other containerization technologies.
- Commitment to good coding practices, maintainable architectures and documentation.
- Familiarity with AWS or GCP environments.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
- Exposure to GraphQL, gRPC, or event-driven systems.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
