Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the creative process from concept to final execution.
- Direct and mentor the design team to deliver high-quality creative outputs.
- Develop creative concepts, visual guidelines, and ensure brand consistency across all materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
- Stay updated on design trends and push creative innovation.
Requirements:
- 35+ years of experience in creative or design roles, with at least 12 years leading a team.
- Having work experience in the beauty or personal care industry
- Strong portfolio showcasing art direction and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma.
- Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with strong aesthetic sense and team spirit.
