Job Description:
- Conduct in-depth market research, outreach, and networking to identify new business opportunities.
- Lead, manage, and develop the Business & Partnership team to achieve optimal performance.
- Drive business growth in priority segments and targeted industries.
- Design, implement, and evaluate lead generation programs to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain partnerships with key ecosystem players (payment gateways, B2B platforms, hardware providers, etc.).
- Initiate and execute joint initiatives with partners, such as co-marketing campaigns and product/service bundling.
- Negotiate and draft partnership agreements aligned with strategic business goals.
- Collaborate across functions (Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations) to ensure strategic alignment.
Qualification:
- Min 2-3 years experience in business development, partnerships, or custom solution selling.
- Background in a POS or SaaS companyespecially if you know our focus industries (Retail FMCG, Retail Brands, Building Materials, eCommerce, Telco, Salons, etc.), Enterprise, AI & Data Solutions, Terminal Systems, Ticketing, or Smart Canteen is a big plus.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in building & scaling teams.
- Strong communicator, skilled in stakeholder engagement, & solid in project management.
- Strategic, target-driven, & able to work independently.
- Willing to travel for business across Indonesia & overseas when needed.
