About the Job
As a Motion Designer Lead, you will play a critical role in the creative team, bringing ideas to life through high-value design execution. Your final touches will sprinkle the magical dust on creative products, and your critical eye, high standards, and creative excellence will ensure all work is client-worthy. Beyond execution, you are a conceptorwe want your imagination to play out into tangible artistic design assets. This is a position where your artistic genius gives birth to original ideas that become the creative products clients invest in, inspiring design teams to do their best work.
What You'll Do
- Transform creative concepts, storyboards, and scripts into high-quality motion graphics, 2D/3D animations, and visual assets
- Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Designers, Producers, and Strategists to shape narratives and develop strong conceptual directions
- Deliver polished, client-worthy work with strong attention to detail, visual quality, and brand consistency
- Explore and propose imaginative ideas, techniques, and artistic directions to enhance creative outputs
- Execute motion assets across a range of media including digital content, brand campaigns, product visuals, ads, social, and immersive experiences
- Contribute to the company's reputation for high creative standards and excellence
What We're Looking For
- Strong portfolio demonstrating motion design excellence (2D and/or 3D)
- Proficiency in Cinema 4D and/or Houdini (primary tools used at this studio)
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop
- A strong sense of visual storytelling, typography, rhythm, and timing
- A critical design eye able to refine, polish, and elevate work to premium quality
- Ability to translate ideas into tangible artistic assets
- Comfortable working autonomously as well as collaboratively with cross-functional creative teams
