Establish and maintain a knowledge management system to facilitate the sharing of best practices, standard operating procedures, and essential information for the Operations Team.
Assess training needs and apply and monitor training programs.
Conduct technical assessments to assess the proficiency of acting employees and identify areas requiring further development or training.
Manage and oversee the reward program for couriers, including riders and drivers, to recognize and incentivize exceptional performance and adherence to quality standards.
Lead projects to improve our operations quality, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement changes and track progress.Analyze workforce metrics, including working days, earnings, and manpower fulfillment.
Provide actionable insights to ensure compliance with government regulations and organizational fairness.
Performance Monitoring: Track execution against plans, identify deviations, and recommend solutions to achieve workforce targets.
