Job Description
We are currently seeking a Lead Indirect Procurement Buyer, reporting directly to Lead Indirect Procurement to join our team based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
About the role:
- Optimizes procurement policies, programs, and procedures in accordance with the guideline set by the Top Management and the objectives of each stakeholders.
- Recommends the necessary adjustments of Company policies and procedures
- Schedules and distributes the work among the various members of his/her own group.
- Makes recommendations to the stakeholders, presenting the most equitable compromise for the Company.
- Carries out complex, big and strategic purchasing activities of the category(ies).
- Establishes and maintains satisfactory relationship with vendors and for developing and consolidating the prestige and the reputation of the Company.
About you:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge of Procurement Procedures
- Justify management role in the previous assignment in Engineering/Procurement/Project Management/EPC
- Analytical mindset
- Listening skills
- Negotiation skills
