Job Description

Are you an experienced lead generation professional with strong knowledge of the lubricants, base oil, solvent, and bitumen industry We're expanding our business and looking for a driven individual to join our team!

What You'll Do

  • Identify and generate new business leads within the lubricants, base oil, solvent and bitumen markets.
  • Conduct market mapping, customer research, and competitor analysis.
  • Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of potential clients.
  • Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, calls and industry platforms.
  • Qualify leads and coordinate with the sales team for further engagement.
  • Maintain accurate lead records and regularly update CRM systems.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation, ideally in oil & gas, lubricants, petrochemicals, or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of product markets such as lubricants, base oil, solvent, and bitumen.
  • Excellent communication and research skills.
  • Proactive, organized and target-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Tools & Platforms Experience (Preferred)

CRM Systems: HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce (or similar)

Lead Generation Tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha, ZoomInfo

Market Research Tools: Google Trends, Statista, industry databases

Data & Reporting: Excel/Google Sheets, dashboard tools
