Lead Fullstack Engineer

About the Role:

• Design application architecture and develop scalable software solutions.
• Implement new features and resolve issues on both frontend and backend.
• Lead, mentor, and conduct code reviews for the development team.
• Facilitate team meetings to track project progress, address challenges, and align solutions.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and QA for seamless end-to-end delivery.
• Translate business needs into clear and actionable technical specifications.
• Develop testing strategies to ensure high software quality.
• Create and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation.
• Provide training and support to team members and other stakeholders.

About You:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 57 years of experience in software development, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience developing web and mobile applications using modern technologies.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and the software development lifecycle.
• Strong technical skills in backend development, particularly with Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Strong technical skills in frontend development, including HTML, CSS, Angular, React, and Vue.js.
• Strong technical skills in database management, with expertise in SQL queries and optimization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Positive attitude with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA, stakeholders).
