5+ years of experience in B2B business development, strategic partnerships, or corporate finance — preferably in fintech, crypto, banking, or digital payments
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
Proven track record of closing and managing high-value partnerships
Deep understanding of Indonesia's financial regulatory landscape (OJK, Bappebti)
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
Knowledge of crypto markets and digital asset products is a strong plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end partnership lifecycle: prospecting, negotiation, deal structuring, onboarding, and performance management
Identify and evaluate strategic B2B opportunities aligned with Indodax's growth roadmap, including institutional, VIP, and merchant segments
Conduct business analysis, financial modelling, and feasibility studies to support partnership proposals and internal decision-making
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Legal/Compliance, Finance, and Marketing to execute partnership agreements
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners; represent Indodax in external meetings, conferences, and industry forums
Monitor KPIs and develop reports on partnership performance, revenue contribution, and ROI
Support regulatory alignment (OJK, Bappebti, POJK) in partnership structures
