Job Description

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Forestry, Environmental Science, or Biology.
510 years of relevant experience, including 35 years in oil palm plantation operations.
Certified RSPO P&C Lead Auditor, ISPO Lead Auditor, and RSPO SCC Lead Auditor.
Additional skills: HCV & HCS training; SA8000 / Social Audit is an advantage.
Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and excellent English & Bahasa Indonesia communication skills.
Willing to travel to remote plantation locations.
