Role Description

This is a contract role for a Lawyer at Farida Law Office, located on-site in Kuningan. The Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, representing clients in court, and negotiating settlements. The Lawyer will also be expected to keep abreast of new laws and regulations, and maintain comprehensive client files.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's of Law degree from good reputable universit, with minimum GPA 3.40
• Holding Advocate license
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, supported by a minimum TOEFL score of 500 (or equivalent IELTS/TOEIC certification)
• Experience in providing legal advice and conducting legal research
• Proficiency in preparing legal documents and representing clients in court
• Skills in negotiating settlements and keeping up with new laws and regulations
• Ability to work effectively on-site in a collaborative environment
• Willing to work overtime or outside regular working days to fulfill the responsibilities or as required
