L1 CA Monitoring

Job Description:

• Monitor logs and activities related to the PKI system
• Monitor the activities of service CA, VA, TSA, RA, and Galera Database
• Create reports weekly and monthly related to env CA
• Collaborate with L2 in case of incidents or problems
• Create incident ticket related to env CA
• Report and escalate env CA incidents to L2 (provide telephonic or chat support and ticketing)
• Perform 24/7 monitoring

Job Requirement:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, in IT/Computer Science/related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in the same field.
• Understanding of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
• Understanding of certificate processes: enroll, renew, rekey, revoke certificates.
• Familiarity with Linux/UNIX.
• Proactive and disciplined
• Good communication and presentation skills, able to make reports
• Positive attitude, fast learner and able to work as a team
• Knowledge of PKI concepts is an advantage.
• Familiarity with at least one programming language; knowledge of Java or Golang is a plus.
