  1. Develop and execute KOL (Key Opinion Leader) strategies aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
  2. Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers across relevant platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  3. Lead and supervise the KOL team in campaign planning, negotiation, and execution.
  4. Oversee end-to-end KOL campaigns, including briefing, content review, timeline management, and reporting.
  5. Negotiate contracts, deliverables, rates, and ensure ROI optimization.
  6. Monitor campaign performance (engagement rate, reach, conversion, sales impact) and provide analytical reports.
  7. Maintain strong relationships with talent agencies and influencer networks.
  8. Ensure all KOL content aligns with brand guidelines and compliance standards.
  9. Stay updated with social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor activities.
  10. Manage budget allocation and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
  2. Minimum 24 years of experience in influencer marketing or KOL management.
  3. Proven experience leading a team or supervising staff.
  4. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  5. Deep understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
  6. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data.
  7. Excellent project management and time management skills.
  8. Target-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
  9. Experience in FMCG, beauty, or F&B industry is a plus.
  10. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
