Conduct thorough research to identify potential Key Opinion Leaders in mom & baby industry or community to build powerful brand experiences.
Segment KOLs based on their influence, expertise, and alignment with the organization's goals.
Reaching and building a KOL network for different categories on social media.
Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to engage and build relationships with identified KOLs.
Act as a liaison between the organization and KOLs, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Negotiate costs appropriately to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
Collaborate with KOLs on content creation, such as articles, blog posts, webinars, and videos, to leverage their expertise and enhance the organization's content marketing efforts.
Provide regular reports and updates to internal team on KOL activities and performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year experience in KOL Specialist or related field
Proven experience in influencer or KOL management, preferably in a similar industry.
Having good and extensive networking with KOL/influencers/buzzer/communities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of mom & baby industry trends, competitors, and key players.
Savvy with current trends in social media and digital marketing and able to measure social media engagement.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Great time management skills and attention to detail
