KOL Specialist Intern

We are looking for a KOL Specialist Intern to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing and organizing influencer campaigns from concept to execution. You will work closely with the business team and influencers to ensure that each campaign runs smoothly and meets its objectives.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize influencer campaigns from start to finish, including concept development, timelines, and budgeting.
• Coordinate communication between influencers and internal teams to ensure alignment on vision and strategy.
• Monitor campaign performance regularly and adjust strategies as needed to ensure optimal results.
• Manage contracts and agreements with influencers, including negotiating fees and terms of work.
• Prepare detailed campaign performance reports, including ROI analysis and recommendations for future campaigns.
• Oversee campaign logistics and operations, including product shipments and event arrangements if necessary.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in influencer marketing to ensure campaigns remain relevant and innovative.

• Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media, and digital trends.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build good relationships with influencers and clients.
• Experience using campaign management and analytics tools.
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision.
• Proactive, creative, and capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines.
