KOL Specialist Intern

Job Description :

- Source and approach relevant KOLs/influencers for campaign needs.

- Handle end-to-end KOL coordination, including briefing, content drafting, posting management, and insights collection.

- Manage and maintain administrative documents related to campaigns and KOL activities.

- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to complete tasks according to deadlines and briefs.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field is preferred.

- Having experience internship in KOL/Influencer Marketing, Social Media, or related role.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills when dealing with KOLs/influencers and external parties.

- Familiar with social media platforms and current digital trends (Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc.).

- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling administrative tasks properly.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Excel, Sheets, Docs, Slides).

- Willing to work from office 4x / week
