KOL Specialist (Full-Time)

Influencer marketing is no longer just about posting content. It's about understanding people, timing, relevance, and impact. Behind every successful collaboration, there's a KOL Specialist who knows how to connect ideas with the right creators and turn content into real results.

This role is for someone who already understands that world and wants to operate at a deeper level. Someone who doesn't just execute campaigns, but helps shape how brands show up through creators.

What You Will Do

As a KOL Specialist, you will take ownership of influencer initiatives from end to end. You will work closely with internal teams and creators to ensure campaigns run smoothly, strategically, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Your day-to-day work will include planning influencer strategies that align with brand and campaign objectives. You will identify and approach relevant creators across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, then build long-term, professional relationships with them.

You will handle briefing, coordination, content review, and timeline management throughout each campaign. You will also monitor performance, analyze results, and translate data into insights that help improve future collaborations.

Beyond execution, you are expected to stay sharp on trends, platform shifts, and emerging creators, so campaigns remain relevant and competitive in a fast-moving digital space.

Who We're Looking For

This role is built for someone who sees influencer marketing as both strategy and craft.

You already have experience managing influencer or KOL campaigns and understand how the ecosystem works. You're comfortable communicating with creators, negotiating collaboration terms, and managing multiple campaigns at once without losing attention to detail.

You're analytical enough to read campaign performance, but also creative enough to spot opportunities before they become obvious. You follow social media trends naturally, not because you have to, but because you're genuinely interested in them.

Requirements

  • You hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Communication, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • You have at least one year of professional experience working as a KOL Specialist or in a similar influencer marketing role.

  • Previous experience working in a digital agency environment will be considered a strong plus, especially if you have handled multiple brands or campaigns.

  • You have a solid understanding of the influencer landscape and how different platforms behave, including audience dynamics, content formats, and performance metrics.

  • You communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently, both internally with the team and externally with creators and partners.

  • You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns at the same time.

  • You are proactive, take ownership of your responsibilities, and are able to work independently while collaborating closely with the team.

  • You are comfortable working from the office and contributing in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
