What we are looking for:

Colourist is looking for a KOL Specialist who knows how to deliver impact not just manage relationships. This is not a role for beginners or coordinators. Were seeking a proven performer with a track record of driving real business results through influencer strategy and execution.

• Demonstrated success managing KOL/influencer campaigns that moved the needle show us your impact.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills you know how to close deals, not just start conversations.
• A strong network of creators, tastemakers, and content powerhouses.
• Comfortable with targets, KPI&aposs and measuring impact
• Familiar with leveraging AI
• Experience in cosmetics, fashion, or luxury industries preferred.
• Updated with trends plus a keen sense of upcoming trends which can be strategically leveraged
• Someone who is not just strategic, but also hungry to perform and owns their outcomes.

Bonus Points: If you can also create and edit video content.
