Responsibilities

Job Role:

We are looking for a KOL Manager to lead our KOL & Creator Division within our creative agency. This role will be responsible for overseeing strategy, execution, and team performance to deliver effective and measurable brand campaigns.

  • Lead and manage the KOL & Creator division, including influencers, community creators, and UGC contributors
  • Define and execute KOL strategies aligned with campaign and business objectives
  • Oversee end-to-end KOL and UGC campaigns, from planning and briefing to execution and evaluation
  • Manage and develop the KOL team, including task allocation, performance monitoring, and capability development
  • Identify, source, and maintain relationships with creators, communities, and content networks
  • Manage budgets, negotiations, and overall resource allocation for KOL activities
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and deliver insights and recommendations
  • Stay updated on creator economy trends, platforms, and audience behaviour
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (strategy, creative, account, and social media) to ensure integrated campaign delivery

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing or a related field
  • Proven experience handling KOL campaigns end-to-end; prior team leadership experience is a strong plus
  • Experience in a creative or digital agency is highly preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms and creator ecosystems
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
