Responsibilities
Job Role:
We are looking for a KOL Manager to lead our KOL & Creator Division within our creative agency. This role will be responsible for overseeing strategy, execution, and team performance to deliver effective and measurable brand campaigns.
- Lead and manage the KOL & Creator division, including influencers, community creators, and UGC contributors
- Define and execute KOL strategies aligned with campaign and business objectives
- Oversee end-to-end KOL and UGC campaigns, from planning and briefing to execution and evaluation
- Manage and develop the KOL team, including task allocation, performance monitoring, and capability development
- Identify, source, and maintain relationships with creators, communities, and content networks
- Manage budgets, negotiations, and overall resource allocation for KOL activities
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and deliver insights and recommendations
- Stay updated on creator economy trends, platforms, and audience behaviour
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (strategy, creative, account, and social media) to ensure integrated campaign delivery
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience handling KOL campaigns end-to-end; prior team leadership experience is a strong plus
- Experience in a creative or digital agency is highly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and creator ecosystems
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
