KOL BD Specialist (based in Jakarta)

OSL is Hong Kong's first SFC-licensed digital asset platform. We are seeking a KOL BD Specialist to drive our influencer and partnership development efforts in Indonesia.

The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the crypto KOL/influencer space, a deep understanding of the local market landscape, and proven experience in business development within the Web3 or financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and build relationships with key opinion leaders KOLs, influencers, and strategic partners in the Indonesia crypto space.
• Manage and grow partnerships to enhance brand presence and drive user acquisition.
• Negotiate and manage collaboration agreements with KOLs and external partners.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and compliance teams to align BD strategies with company objectives.
• Stay informed about crypto trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments in Indonesia.
• Represent the company at industry events, meetups, and networking opportunities.

Who We Are Looking For

• Minimum 34 years of experience in business development, preferably in the crypto, blockchain, web3 sector.
• Strong network and existing relationships with KOLs and influencers in the Indonesia crypto market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, hardworking and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
