Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle KOL & Affiliate across social and e-commerce platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Shopee).
  • Track, analyze, and optimize content performance using relevant analytics.
  • Source, manage, and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, influencers, and affiliates.
  • Coordinate KOL campaigns from briefing through execution and reporting.
  • Engage with and grow online communities across various social channels.
  • Monitor social media trends and audience feedback to continuously improve content and KOL strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field > 2-5+ years of experience in KOL & Affiliate management
  • Experience in FMCG/Beauty/Supplement category (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of social media, influencers, and content trends
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Familiar with influencer tools and basic analytics
  • Creative, proactive, and collaborative mindset
