You will:
- Assist in the implementation of influencer/KOL marketing activities, including product seeding, content scheduling, and delivery coordination
- Organize and maintain detailed records of KOL collaborations, covering contracts, deliverables, rates, and payment status
- Track and monitor KOL performance and campaign activities, providing timely updates and supporting weekly and monthly reports on content output, engagement, and budget usage
- Handle all administrative processes for KOL partenerships, such as preparing, agreements, MoUs, invoices, purchase orders, and assisting with payment processing
- Build, update, and manage KOL databases to ensure accurate tracking of contracts, performance metrics, and campaign outcomes
- Support communication and coordination with KOLs to ensure smooth collaboration throughout the campaign period
You are:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role related to KOL or influencer management, including handling agreements, payments, and MoUs
- Previous experience or a strong interest in the beauty industry is highly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Strong communication skills with the ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and agencies, while managing multiple invoices at the same time
