Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Kindergarten Teacher located in Malang. The Kindergarten Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans, teaching foundational skills, fostering creativity, and maintaining a nurturing classroom environment. Additional responsibilities include monitoring student progress, engaging with parents and guardians, and encouraging positive social and academic development in young learners.

Qualifications

• Muslimah, preferably located in Malang, Indonesia

A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred

• Experience with Lesson Planning and conducting organized and effective classroom activities
• Strong background in Education and Teaching practices for young children
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues effectively
• Experience in Training and guiding children with patience and care
• Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Experience with managing classrooms and addressing various learning styles and needs
• Able to communicate, teach, and write reports in English
