Responsibilities

Job Descriptions:

To develop an annual by account plan that will ensure the achievement of his area goals and objectives in all clusters.
Consistent, productive account coverage in ensuring the availability, visibility, and presence of RPS brands in national and regional chains.
On-time implementation of monthly priorities and submission of reports.
To conduct regular area/team updates.
To develop basic selling skills of APL / sub distributor sales team / MD.
To provide solutions, process and system improvements that will address tactical and strategic gaps in operations at area level.

Requirements

Job Requirements

University Graduated
Experience min 5 years in Pharmaceutical, FMGC, or Cosmetics business in channel; modern key account, cosmetic stores, and retail /traditional market
Willing working / based in across Indonesia
Microsoft: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Fluent in English, both writing and speaking
