Qualifications :
Experience in handling accounts in modern market, minimarket, baby shop and familiar with FMCG industry as well as market trends relevant to the company's products
Bachelor's degree in economic, business, marketing, or related field from reputable university
Excellent in communication and negotiation skills are essential for effective client interactions and presentations
Proficiency in analyzing sales data, market research, and client performance (excellent in excel)
Descriptions :
Responsible for growing sales through acquiring new accounts and growing existing accounts & maintaining relationships with distributors.
Develop and implement sales initiatives and strategy to grow sell out in accounts and work closely with the related team to execute the plan
Maintain usage of promo fund effectively according to contract - ensure pricing, delivery, and payment terms compliance with terms and conditions
Develop accurate sales forecasts and demand plans, as well as monitor inventory levels
Conduct business reviews with key accounts to assess performance and discuss growth opportunities
Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Negotiate and manage contracts, agreements, and terms with key accounts
Oversee product placement, promotions, and merchandising activities to maximize brand visibility
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead of the competition
Prepare regular sales reports, performance metrics, and account status updates for management.
Analyze sales data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for growth.
