Job Description

At PT SHS, we work with international beauty brands entering and growing in Indonesia, across retail, distribution, and online channels. That means working closely with partners like Guardian, Boots, OH!SOME, supermarkets and more.

We are now looking for a Key Account Manager to join the team.

This role is for someone who understands that listing a product is only the beginning,real work is making sure it actually sells.

You will be responsible for:

• Driving sell-out and revenue growth, not just sell-in

• Owning performance of key accounts (Guardian, OH!SOME, Boots, Sociolla, premium supermarket, etc.)

• Driving sell-out and revenue growth, not just sell-in

• Managing targets, forecasting, and account-level P&L

• Planning and executing trade promotions, pricing strategies, and commercial deals

• Negotiating with buyers on listing, visibility, and promotional support

• Monitoring stock, reorders, and ensuring healthy inventory levels

• Identifying growth opportunities per brand and per retailer

• Working closely with marketing to align campaigns with retail performance

• Ensuring every activity translates into real sales impact

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience handling modern trade / key accounts (beauty or FMCG preferred)

• Understands how retail works margins, promotions, visibility, and timing

• Is hands-on, proactive, and not waiting to be told what to do

• Is comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment

• Can think commercially, not just operationally
