We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to lead the growth of a major FMCG client across retail, e-commerce, livestreaming, and digital advertising platforms.
Job Description:
- Act as the main liaison between the FMCG brand and our internal teams
- Manage and grow key accounts across retail, distribution, and digital sales channels
- Lead e-commerce operations including marketplace campaigns (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.)
- Plan and coordinate livestreaming activities, managing hosts, scripts, schedules, and results
- Oversee digital advertising campaigns (performance and branding) and ensure ROI targets are met
- Align brand objectives with actionable, data-driven execution plans
- Provide regular reporting and insights to the brand on sales, campaign effectiveness, and market trends
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in key account management, preferably within FMCG, e-commerce, or TSP environments
- Hands-on experience managing e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.), livestream sales, and digital ad campaigns
- Strong understanding of FMCG go-to-market strategies, both offline and online
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills
- Highly analytical and results-oriented
- Able to communicate well with English or Mandarin (is a plus)
- Must be able to join immediately or within short notice
