Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the F&B and retail enterprise sectors.
- Manage end-to-end sales and account management processes: prospecting, presentation, proposal, negotiation, contract, and implementation follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Understand client business models and provide tailored CRM/POS solutions that deliver measurable value.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Project, and Customer Success) to ensure smooth deployment and client satisfaction.
- Monitor account performance, identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities, and support client renewals.
- Gather market insights and feedback to inform product and sales strategy.
- Represent Stamps at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to strengthen brand presence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally in SaaS, CRM, or POS solutions.
- Proven ability to manage enterprise clients or complex sales cycles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and handle multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with F&B and retail operations is a strong advantage.
Preferred Qualifications (Plus Points)
Existing network in F&B or retail industries.
Experience working with enterprise-level clients or large-scale system implementations.
Background in technology, software-as-a-service (SaaS), or digital transformation projects.
Strategic thinker with a consultative approach to selling.
