We are looking for a competent individual to assist us in maintaining and growing ties with our e-commerce partner, who helps us in executing and managing our principal brands.
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for the management and growth of our most important principal and partner relationships. You will also oversee a team of multiple brands within the same category. We are interested in working with someone who thrive on adversity and is enthused by the idea of growing our Enterprise solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain profitability of official stores to achieve business sustainability.
- Manage customer relationships and reduce churn rate.
- Manage business review processes with Principals as well as marketplaces and establish strategic collaboration with all stakeholders.
- Initiate new sources of growth to build sustainable strategies for official stores in the long run.
- Liaise with principal clients and channels to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities of certain product categories.
- Resolve key issues and complaints for related brands, official stores, or marketplaces.
- Manage the appointed Key Account Team for each client.
- Ensure that clients needs and deliverables are met according to proposed timelines.
- Become the main point of contact for collaboration with external stakeholders.
- Ensure that the Key Account Learning Process runs well and reduce the competency gap across Key Account Team members.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 year experience in relevant fields, preferably in Key Account Management, Retail Industry, or Sales.
- Interested and passionate about the evolving e-commerce industry and its opportunities.
- Possess entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication skills.
- Good attitude to connect with others, self-driven to complete tasks, and demonstrate a high initiative to take action as and a team player.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google applications, especially in Excel, PowerPoint, Google SpreadSheet, & Google Slides.
- Willing to work in BSD, Tangerang.
