Manage assigned categories and Brand partners and ensure them to achieve Commercial and Retail Operational excellence on Lazada, while also developing the assortment for assigned categories, ensuring a balanced mix of demand and profitability
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies, and align them to internal strategies.
Act as key point of contact for Brands related to the assigned categories. To give them performance analysis and provide solutions to their current business problems or their additional inquiries.
Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive Pricing, Promotion Mechanics, as well as Trading Terms, while maintaining strong relationships.
Educate brands on Lazada platform promotional tools & marketing products - and engage them to give support and invest.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operation, Marketing, and Campaign team, to ensure smooth operational and campaign execution.
Monitor sales performance and inventory levels, adjusting purchasing strategies to maximize profitability and minimize out-of-stock and overstock.
Onboard new principal and negotiate new Trading Term
Able to lead project and initiatives to achieve a breakthrough in the Online Retail Industry
***Job Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's degree from any discipline.
Basic Retail knowledge, Ecommerce familiarity and Category knowledge
Good command of English, both oral and written.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills to build relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
Proactive and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks including projects.
Strong problem-solving skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
Good time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Skill (Excel, Power point)
