Manage, grow, and mantain relationship with key modern trade accounts such as Sociolla, Beautyhaul, Ohsome and others
Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with brand goals and sales targets in the Modern Trade (MT) channel.
Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, trade terms, promotions, and in-store visibility with key accounts
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, brand, finance) to ensure timely execution of campaigns and new product launches.
Analyze sales data, promotional effectiveness, and sell-through performance to continuously optimize account strategies.
Monitor stock levels, sales forecasts, and ensure product availability at all points of sale.
Prepare regular sales forecast, budget proposals, business reviews and performance reports for management.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 46 years of experience as a Key Account Management. At least 2 years experience in leadership/supervisory role (FMCG, cosmetics, or beauty industry will be a plus).
Proven experience handling modern trade and highly preferred.
Familiarity with major retail chains in the Indonesian beauty market.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from sales and market data.
Results-oriented with strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in cross-functional collaboration and project coordination.
