Your Tasks
- Strategy Development: Formulating the Sales Strategy Modern Trade Minimarket & CVS Channel by set up Priorities, Key Focus, and Key Enablers for achieving own targets through managing sales opportunities and pipelines.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Driving Sales (IMS), revenue growth (NS) in the Minimarket & CVS Channel.
- Trading Term/Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with key accounts/customers to establish trading terms that align with the BDF's goals while meeting the account's requirements.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: TTC planning and financial management ( Budget usage monitoring, Payment Performance (AR), Speed Claim (AP).
- Business Planning: Collaborate with key accounts to develop joint business plans (JBP) that outline annual strategies, objectives, and actions to drive mutual growth and profitability. This involves conducting business reviews, KPI scorecard agreement, Joint project to enhance the partnership.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key account stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers, through regular communication, meetings, and relationship-building activities.
- Fundamental Excellence : Ensure Sales MT Fundamental for Minimarkets Channel achieved by effective planning and cross functional collaboration with SCM, SOE, Sales Ops, Marketing and Supply Chain. --> SL, Trax, Perfect Store.
- Consistently upselling the customer with Beiersdorf brands and product lines.
- Works with the team to develop a winning culture and embeds culture of accountability in daily activities.
- Communicates efficiently and effectively to superior and colleagues. Establishes sound relationship with all sales personnel and colleagues of various internal departments .
Your Profile
- Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field is often required.
- Leadership: internally to lead the team & coordinate cross function, externally to deal with customers.
- People: drives people, managing conflict, communication, coordination, networking, people development.
- Negotiation: dealing with customers, dealing with stores, dealing with internal/cross function
- Operational: structured planner, strong doer, speedy action, risk taker, take a lead, empower people
- Knowledge: strategic & structured thinking, strong analysis/numbers, innovative & independence
