About the customer:

The customer is a logistics and supply chain specialist, providing warehousing, transportation, and fulfillment services to businesses across multiple industries focused on FMCG products. They manage a diverse range of products, including consumer goods, electronics, apparel, health & beauty items, and eCommerce merchandise. By leveraging advanced technology, they optimize inventory and distribution processes, ensuring fast, reliable, and scalable solutions for B2B and retail partners. Their office location is located near Canggu, Bali.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated key Account Manager to join our Bali-based team. You will support existing client accounts, build strong relationships, and identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, commercially minded, and eager to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture day-to-day relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Support senior account managers with client communications, reports, and follow-ups.
  • Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Track client activity, performance, and feedback to improve engagement.
  • Assist in planning and executing meetings, reviews, and business updates.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 38 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service (preferably in logistics, supply chain, or FMCG sectors).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Commercially driven mindset with good negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM or project management tools.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Based in Bali or willing to relocate.

For this position, the client's budget is between 10.000.000 - 25.000.000 /month plus commission/bonus, salary will be based on experience
