About the role
This role drives strategic account growth by identifying opportunities, applying insightled selling, managing a commercialization pipeline, and coordinating crossfunctional collaboration with key customer stakeholders.
Reporting To Sales Head (Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia), Meat
Work Location Jakarta, Indonesia
Key responsibilities
- Drive growth to meet or exceed targets and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
- Use insight selling approach that addresses customer/consumer needs.
- Identify growth opportunities and develop a commercial account plan.
- Manage project pipeline through to commercialization.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders in assigned customer accounts.
- Managing the interaction of all customer stakeholders - R&D, Marketing, Strategic Sourcing (Procurement and Supply chain) Operations etc..
- Coordinate the cross functional collaboration of Kerry personnel, including supply chain, customer service, R&D, marketing and management resources, to strengthen relationships and meet account performance objectives and customers expectations.
Qualifications and skills
- Preferably a Bachelor's Degree, with minimum 5 years experience in Sales of Ingredients into Processed Meats.
- Experience in selling value added solutions (eg. seasonings, marinades, flavours, preservatives.
- Experience in working with distributors is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written) to be able to liaise with external clients and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong Project Management skills with the ability to manage engagements with Key Accounts.
- Sales driven, with strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
