Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key shipper accounts to drive sustainable business growth.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Ensure account profitability through effective pricing, cost awareness, and negotiation.
  • Monitor overall account performance including revenue, margin, and payment status.
  • Coordinate closely with Finance and Operations teams to ensure timely collections and smooth payment processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular account performance reports and conduct business reviews with clients.
  • Handle account issues, escalations, and service-related challenges in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or B2B relationship management.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or transportation industry is a strong plus.
  • Strong commercial mindset with proven experience managing revenue, margin, and collection targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to analyze account performance, pricing, and profitability.
  • Highly result-oriented, structured, and comfortable working with targets and KPIs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
