Manage and supervise the procurement of goods and services for marketing activities (e.g., creative agencies, media buying, event organizers, merchandise, and digital advertising)
Ensure the company achieves Best Value for Money through effective negotiations and proper vendor selection
Execute indirect procurement activities for professional services related to industrial relations
Handle end-to-end procurement processes, including request for quotation (RFQ), purchase order (PO) management, delivery monitoring, and payment support
Ensure all procurement activities are accurate, timely, compliant with company policies, and aligned with procurement ethics
Requirements
Bachelor Degree, preferably in Economic and Business, Communication, Industrial Engineering
Have at least 3 years of experience in Procurement; retail & FMCG industry experience is an advantage
Experienced in price evaluation and providing negotiation support
Strong coordination and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Procurement systems (ex. SAP)
