Job Description

We are looking for a relationship-driven and commercially minded Key Account Manager to strengthen client partnerships, drive business retention, and unlock growth opportunities across our key accounts. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and becoming a trusted advisor to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Become the main point of contact for key clients and maintain strong long-term relationships
  • Manage client communications, updates, reports, invoicing, and issue resolution
  • Drive client retention through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
  • Participate in tenders and support new business opportunities
  • Gather market insights, client feedback, and competitor intelligence to support business growth
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction
  • Monitor client activity, contract renewals, and support improvements in sales & invoicing systems
  • Reporting and Analysis: Organize Client Satisfaction surveys and monitor results

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Client Relationship Management
  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially driven with strong problem-solving ability
  • Experience handling corporate/B2B clients
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive, collaborative, and customer-focused mindset
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must
