We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview:

The Key Account Manager is responsible for all aspects involved with driving growth and profitability within the region. The primary focus will be identifying new sales opportunities. This will include all aspects of growth in areas of the business, including Technical Staffing Solutions, O&G, Renewables, Manpower Infrastructure, Civil, Power, etc.

Main Responsibilities (includes but not limited to):

  • Proactively drive revenue and profit in alignment with the Company's growth objectives, always seeking innovative solutions.
  • Forge and nurture relationships with existing and potential candidates and clients, leveraging a cando attitude.
  • Deeply understand client needs, responding with tailored, solution-driven approaches.
  • Collaborate enthusiastically with the commercial team, taking a forward-thinking approach to regional sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Represent the company with positivity at conferences, industry events, and meetings.
  • Foster and maintain a strong network, always seeking opportunities to add value for the company.
  • Partner with regional managers to harness global opportunities and ensure precise tracking of projects.
  • Lead monthly sales meetings with the commercial team and regional managers with an energy that fosters collaboration.
  • Team up with the operations manager and support team, always striving to provide unparalleled service to clients.
  • Continuously manage accounts with a solution-oriented mindset to maximize business opportunities and revenue.

Technical Staffing Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the TSS business, always looking for areas of improvement and growth.
  • Manage key accounts with a proactive approach, ensuring optimal results.
  • Engage with the UK recruitment and HR team, ensuring smooth transitions until specialized teams are established.
  • Refine and implement workflows with a positive outlook, aiming for excellence in Fulkrum's TSS and OSS services.
  • Use key performance metrics to drive efficiency, always looking for ways to better the recruitment process.

New Business

  • Conduct market research with a keen eye, identifying promising business avenues in vendor surveillance and technical staffing.
  • Craft and implement business development strategies with an unwavering commitment to generating leads.
  • Approach target companies with optimism, connecting with decision-makers to open new business channels.
  • Document business development activities diligently in the company's CRM, ensuring every lead is explored to its fullest.
  • Partner with the commercial team to deliver compelling proposals, always staying ahead of client needs.
  • Enter negotiations with a positive attitude, aiming to build lasting relationships and secure deals.
  • Explore all sales avenues with enthusiasm, always looking for opportunities to upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts.

Reporting & general KPIs

  • CRM system must always be updated with details of scheduled meetings, calls, project updates, and relevant notes following meetings;
  • Regular reporting to RM and VP to present new client and project developments.

Expansion of Company Infrastructure

  • Innovate and present strategies to the Regional, Operations Manager and VP, exploring new industry sectors and geographies with optimism.
  • Support the roll-out of approved business expansion plans with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Embrace the evolving nature of this role, adapting with agility and positivity.
  • Champion the growth and management of the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and alignment with the company's vision.

Travel

Travel will frequently be required throughout the Region as necessary.

HSE Awareness:

All personnel are made aware of Fulkrum's Health and Safety policy and procedures during the Onboarding process.
