Team And Role Introduction

Key Account Manager who drives the overall growth of Portfolio, assigned short-tail accounts that are priority to be developed for business growth. He/she will be responsible for assortment expansion, account management, sales analysis and be involved in some functions such as marketing and operations.

Responsibilities

This role reports directly to Team Lead. The role will entail (but is not limited to):

  • Running daily analytics to assess and strategy planning to grow sellers and portfolio.
  • Problem-solving across a variety of topics (e.g. traffic growth, new seller incubation, etc.) to understand key barriers and align on the right actions to get the target outcomes.
  • Direct interaction with sellers to maintain relationship and help on operational/business issues.

Job Requirements

Requirements/Qualifications(must have):

  • Fluent in English-Good communication skill
  • Willing to do business trip across Indonesia
  • Minimum 2 years experience in account management / sales / BD-Bachelor degree
  • Data-driven and able to operate Excel & Powerpoint

Requirements/Qualifications(good To Have)

  • Mandarin-speaking
  • Data analytics (SQL, Tableau, etc)
