About Us

PT Youngsoo Pratama is growing with two strong lifestyle and sports brands:

Xexymix Indonesia Global Activewear Brand & Spotec Sports Footwear Brand

We are looking for 2 Key Account Executives one for each brand who will focus on managing e-commerce operations.

Job Responsibilities

Upload and update SKUs (manual & bulk) with accurate product details (name, description, specifications, images)

Manage pricing and promotions across all sales channels to remain competitive

Support campaign execution: SKU submission, content briefing (banner, feed post, livestream), and promotional tools (vouchers, flexi combo, greetings)

Monitor stock in OMS & warehouse, ensure omnichannel updates, and handle OOS (out of stock) or problematic orders

Collaborate with Operations, CX, Warehouse, and Content/Design teams to ensure smooth execution

Conduct competitor analysis on products and pricing, and provide strategic recommendations for KAM planning

Qualifications

Minimum D3/S1 in Economics, Business, Marketing, Statistics, or Communications

Minimum 3 year of experience in e-commerce / FMCG / fashion / sports / lifestyle (fresh graduates with relevant background are welcome to apply)

Strong administrative and coordination skills

Proficient in Excel & Google Sheets (lookup, pivot), Slides, and PowerPoint

Familiar with e-commerce administration tools and campaign submission processes

Good communication skills (verbal & written), logical thinking, and team collaboration

Background in fashion, sports, FMCG, or luxury industry is preferred (non-electronic category)
