Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining good working relationship with the local parties for referrals, and customers.
  • Responsible for selling company services.
  • Customer visit and maintenance.
  • Analyzing, monitoring and maintainig existing clients.
  • Preparing proposals and contract in aligned with sales procedures.
  • Collecting and analyzing information, preparing data and sales reports.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.

Qualifications:

  • Experienced minimum 2 years working as a customer services, sales, or related;
  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) Required-Communication or a related field;
  • Adaptable and able to learn quickly;
  • Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Fluent in English with strong communication (both written and verbal)
