Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Executive, located in Bali, Indonesia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing strategic account plans, identifying new business opportunities, analyzing client needs, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions. The role also involves tracking client performance metrics, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service to ensure long-term partnerships.
