- Manage, develop, and optimize corporate digital platforms:
→ LinkedIn (primary platform for B2B positioning)
→ Instagram
→ Website / blog (content & updates)
- Plan, create, and execute structured content calendars aligned with company branding and business objectives.
- Develop high-quality, professional, and engaging content tailored for a legal/corporate audience
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion, and leads), and continuously optimize strategies
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (legal, business development, and content) to amplify brand visibility and thought leadership
- Maintain and manage digital audience data, including basic lead tracking and database organization
- Support conversion strategies from digital engagement into potential business opportunities (lead nurturing awareness)
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and professional image across all platforms
- Stay updated with industry trends, digital marketing developments, and competitor activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a professional services environment
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn (B2B strategy) and Instagram (brand awareness & engagement)
- Proven ability in content planning, copywriting, and storytelling (both Bahasa Indonesia & English)
- Basic analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and execution-focused
Strong communication and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing corporate, professional services, or B2B accounts (legal, consulting, finance, etc.)
- Basic skills in graphic design and/or video editing (e.g., Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.)
- Familiarity with CRM tools, audience tracking systems, or lead management processes
- Understanding of branding for high-end/professional services industries
- Experience in handling thought leadership content or executive branding (LinkedIn personal branding is a plus)
