Job Descriptions:
Lead end-to-end sales and business development, including investor acquisition and deal negotiations (with required approvals).
Manage the full investor journey, from registration and KEK/SEZ eligibility to onboarding and operational readiness.
Act as the main liaison between investors and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
Drive revenue by converting investor leads into signed KEK tenants.
Monitor sales pipeline, conversion rates, and forecasts to meet targets.
Secure strategic investors aligned with priority sectors.
Ensure all deal structures are commercially sound and compliant.
Support marketing initiatives such as presentations, events, and site visits.
Job Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business, MBA, or Master's in Strategy, Real Estate, or International Business is preferred.
Minimum 810 years in Business Development, Commercial Sales, or Investment Promotion.
Proven success in KEK/SEZ, township development, or investment-focused property development is preferred.
Familiarity with financial modeling, investment analysis, and KEK/SEZ incentive structure is preferred.
Exposure to preparing or analyzing feasibility studies/investment modeling is a strong advantage.
Fluent in English, strong communication and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution.
Able to operate in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments with high business acumen.
Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
