Job Description

Ensure the smooth operation of the entire manufacturing function to meet production targets based on demand, cost, quality, and timeliness.
Coordinate production planning in KCP with the PPC section.
Oversee production processes in compliance with operational and quality standards.
Resolve production issues promptly and effectively.
Maintain adherence to company rules, regulations, and employee responsibilities.
Coordinate the KCP team to achieve KPIs and implement subordinate discipline.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and occupational health standards.
Implement and monitor quality management and food safety systems (HACCP, ISO, Halal) and sustainability systems (e.g., ISCC).
Maintain production equipment and ensure cleanliness at work sites.
Optimize production performance considering targets, costs, and product quality consistency.
Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for production facilities.
Analyze production performance reports (SAP system) to support management decision-making.
Develop and monitor annual budgets and continuous improvement initiatives, including cost reduction and material efficiency.
Maintain confidentiality of operating conditions and production formulas.
Ensure traceability of production outputs (CPO and RBDPO, ISCC and non-ISCC certified products).
Conduct risk evaluation of production processes and coordinate with supply chain requirements.
Report any issues related to Food / Feed Safety Management Systems.
