Ensure the smooth and secure operation of KCP Pressing plant.
Job Description:
- Ensure smooth production process in Kernel Crushing Plant.
- Ensure the implementation of preventive maintenance on schedule.
- Ensure availability of spare parts in the plant.
- Give verbal and written warnings and guide, modify and discipline subordinates.
- Maintain and ensure the cleanliness of the work site and the surrounding environment (including early management of process waste).
- Conduct safety regulations in accordance with applicable policies.
- Report problems that occur, related to the Food Safety Management System (if any) to QM Head.
- Carry out other work in connection with his work as instructed by his superiors.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum D3/S1 in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Kernel Crushing Plant / Palm Oil Mill operations.
- Understand KCP production process and preventive maintenance.
- Strong leadership, discipline, and problem-solving skills.
