Katalon Specialist - QA Engineer

Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer with proven expertise in Katalon Studio to develop, enhance, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks. The role focuses on building automation solutions using Java, Python, and JavaScript and executing tests across web, API, and mobile platforms. You will be responsible for integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, analyzing test results, identifying defects at an early stage, and providing clear recommendations to improve overall product quality. This position requires close collaboration with developers, QA teams, and product stakeholders to ensure reliable test coverage and high-quality software delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in QA Automation using Katalon Studio
• Proficient in Java, Python, and JavaScript for automation development
• Experience with automation tools such as Katalon, Selenium, Cypress, or Appium
• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, CI/CD pipelines, and modern testing methodologies
• Practical experience in Web UI and API automation testing
• Familiar with Git-based version control systems (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket)
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
